What we collect. Name, phone number, email, business details, delivery addresses, order and payment records, and device or usage data after you accept cookies. We do not collect or store NIN or BVN. Phone discovery is off unless you turn it on.

Why. To provide accounts and shops, verify a phone number before payouts, process orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal duties. Marketing only with a separate opt-in.

Identity data. For payout checks we store only a verified phone number, the date it was verified, and the result. We do not store one-time codes after they expire. A text message is not sent until an SMS provider is connected; until then the code is shown on the sign-in form. Bank checks, if any, go through the payment provider, not by collecting BVN.

How long. While your account is active. Free plans last 6 months. After that your site goes offline but your account and content are kept. If you don't upgrade within 12 months of your site going offline, your site, its content and your account are permanently deleted. We'll warn you 30, 7 and 1 days before, and you can export your content at any time before deletion. Warning emails and the deletion job are not running yet.

Sharing. Payment providers, riders and logistics partners (only what a delivery needs), hosting, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete, or move your data, withdraw consent, or object. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Cookies. Essential storage keeps your session, shop draft, and the last page so the app can reopen. Analytics runs only if you tap Accept on the cookie notice. No measurement ID is set yet.

Vendors who receive buyer data must use it only to fulfil that order. See also Terms.
